I rarely make one drawing and think, that's it, finished. Usually I make one drawing and then go back over with another layer, or tear the drawing up for collage (as in mirage), or make a whole series of drawings trying to improve on that first drawing.
I have also started to push drawings into three dimensions, moving towards installation. This has begun to influence my exhibitions; in war I experimented with having drawings on the wall combined with three dimensional pieces scattering across the gallery floor.
I feel that 'drawing constructions' will play a larger role in future art projects. The images here are shots of some studio experiments.
